After agreeing upon a menu, pricing and other essentials, 4 Brothers Catering requires a deposit of $300to guarantee the party date. All events are booked on a first-come, first serve basis.If the event is cancelled within 72 hours of the event, client will forfeit the $300 deposit. The $300 deposit guarantees the date for the event and other offers /inquiries for the same date/time has usually been turned down. The $300 also purchases all the items that are perishable; needs to be marinated and that are non-returnable/non-refundable.
All deposits will be applied toward the final bill.Final Guest Count/Changes must be made 4 days before the event.At this time, we require 50% of the total invoice or payment in full.Otherwise, Payment in full is Due before the event begins.
What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, check, credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) Payment in full must be made at least 24 hours before the event; at the latest.
iT is requested that all order changes be done at least 72 hours before the final event is to take place. Guest count & event details can be modified up or down until 4 days prior to the event. Within 72 hours of the event, numbers can only be adjusted up.
4 Brothers Catering will be happy to change your menu. After 72 hours, PERISHABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS HAS BEEN PURCHASED. The client will be informed of the price changes and charged accordingly. All payments are required before the event.
The first $300 down payment is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation made less than 72 hours prior to your event.Do not e-mail, fax, or leave a message for changes or cancellations.Any changes or cancellations made this way are not valid.You must speak with 4 Brothers Catering personally for any changes or cancellations 253 846-0325 Alex (cell) 370-8309 James (Cell) 273-0193.
Payment Terms and Gratuity: 4 Brothers Catering does not charge a gratuity at present. We will gladly accept the following forms of payment:Cash, Check – business or personal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card.For purchase orders, terms are net 30 days. (Net 30 billing is approved for corporate orders, military orders and events only)
Sales Tax: Washington State Sales Tax 9.3% is applied to all orders.
Prices: Prices on our menus and website may be subject to change due to market price fluctuation and product availability.Substitutions and additions on any menu will reflect price changes on the final invoice.We recommend clients request a new price quote if there are any additions or substitutions to their original menu order.Price changes may vary.
4 Brothers Catering Charges $300 for Catering Serving Staff. This pricing is for approximately 4-5 hours; which includes one hour for set-up and one hour for breakdown.Staff charges are calculated as a flat rate for the duration of the event. Itis up to the staff’s discretion for breakdown of buffet (usually this is when people either stop eating, or when the food has been sitting out for a long period and should be packaged and stored for safe handling). Should your event run longer than 4 hours, the charge is $25 per hour, per server.We pride ourselves in providing only the best and most professional servers .
Client is responsible for ensuring that the table used for set-up and any flammable items including our décor material is protected from the heat source of our chafers.If 4 Brothers Catering is not hired to be present at the client’s event, the client agrees to accepts responsibility for the unattended chafing dishes and all of 4 Brothers Catering equipment. 4 Brothers Catering does not assume or accept any responsibility due to negligence or accident caused by the client or attendees at the client’s event that caused any damage as a result.Missing or damaged equipment, décor, place settings, centerpieces, linens, serving utensils, salad bowls, platters, dishes and any rental equipment will be billed at the replacement cost to client.It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all of 4 Brothers Catering’s properties are present when the driver arrives for pick up.Any item(s) not picked up may incur additional charges if the driver has to make an additional trip to the client’s location to retrieve the item(s).Equipment/items that are not picked up on the same day require the same responsibility of the client to ensure that the equipment/items are not lost, missing, or damaged. Client's have the option of requesting food to be delivered in disposable containers.
4 Brothers Catering food is prepared fresh in our licensed commercial kitchen and stored at safe temperatures at all times.The client is welcome to keep left over food from the buffet; however, 4 Brothers Catering does not accept responsibility for the handling, consumption or preparation of food after an event. If guests request food to be taken home/to go boxes from a catered event/banquet; 4 Brothers Catering will require a Waiver of Liability to be signed, dated and time stampted. Due to Washington State Food Handling Laws, we are not allowed to prepare or handle food provided by or prepared by the client or the client’s attendees.If you have a special dish or family recipe that you would like at your event, we will happily accommodate all requests to cook the item; if we are notified at least 4 days in advance of the event.
