4 Brothers Catering is located in Tacoma, WA and is a full service off premise catering company offering Carribean cuisine and Southern Cooking with lots of flavor.  We offer generous portions of all meals as is the custom for southern cooks.

We cater for weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, school functions and other social gatherings. Whether it is an elegant seated dinner, a casual BBQ or cookout, entertaining at home or at a rented facility, our staff is available to accommodate your needs. Four Brothers  is also an on-site catering company with facilities located in Tacoma, WA.  
We also cater tea parties.  Providing all the china, tea and other essentials needed.

4 Brothers also design custom gift baskets and candy bouquets.  Let us be your one stop for catering and gifting.  We also do fundraising events.

4 Brothers Catering  is owned and operated by 4 Retired Military Personnel with over 60 years of Food Service Expertise.  Chef James Prince is from the South with a specialty in Southern Cuisine.    Chef Alexander Calliste is from Grenada, West Indies with a speciality in Caribbean Cuisine.    Mr. Harry Aubury is from Florida and specializes in everything.  Mrs Sheila Copeland specialized in marketing and will handle your event from start to finish.    4 Brothers Catering caters to please.
